A committed entrepreneur, Brooke has run a nanny agency for three years and did recruiting and placement for a university earlier in her career and then, in 2005, founded Lexington Nannies, staffing an array of domestic positions, including personal assistants, household managers, baby nurses, housekeepers and, of course, nannies. Client demand dictated that she branch out from just household staffing and Brooke founded The Lexington Agency to fill all workplace personnel needs. Over the course of her career, Brooke has personally placed several hundred employees.
