Brooke Barousse, Owner/Principal

Having owned multiple service companies, Brooke understands the formula for success and the makings of a quality business. As a committed entrepreneur, Brooke has a stellar reputation of working with passion and taking excellent care of her clients. 

Through Brooke’s success in entrepreneurship, she has found tremendous passion in becoming a respected expert in household staffing. Brooke has experience across the board as she has worked at a nanny agency, done corporate staffing, and also worked for a boutique staffing company that placed various positions in the corporate world.  Her experience has allowed her to become an expert in finding the best of the best, even for the pickiest of clients. In 2006 Brooke used her gift for building solid relationships and finding quality talent for families to start Lexington Nannies and Household Staffing. 

Affectionately known as ‘The Nanny Matchmaker,” Brooke has personally placed several hundred employees.  When she is not thoroughly interviewing potential candidates, she enjoys being an avid hockey fan and takes great priding in raising her St. Bernard, Biscuit.  She is also a big supporter of the Humane Society and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

Michelle Goldman, Associate

With an extensive background in the corporate arena, Michelle has worked for both multinational Fortune 500 companies and boutique marketing houses. Her extensive experience in screening resumes and conducting interviews has given her a keen eye for identifying quality workplace talent and effectively contributing to the Lexington Nannies and Household Staffing team. 

As a mother of two, Michelle understands the importance of chemistry and personality, making her a genius at finding the perfect fit for every opening. Michelle enjoys playing piano, and volunteers with Habitat for Humanity in Los Angeles.
