The Gold Package
Clients who choose our Gold Package will not only receive a telephone consultation with a domestic services placement expert, but will have access to other services as well. The initial meeting will allow our employment expert to discuss with you the specific needs of your family. We can then proceed to develop a clear and concise timeline that will allow us to recruit not only your ideal employee, but the perfect fit for you and your family. Your family’s peace of mind is of the utmost importance to us , that is why our Gold Level clients are encouraged to take advantage of our extensive employee background checks which include a Criminal Background Search, DMV Record Check, Social Security Verification, FBI Fingerprinting, Trustline Registration, and Infant/Child CPR Training (if applicable).
We pride ourselves on providing the most professional service so if your employee doesn’t work out, for any reason, we will replace them without any additional cost. That is our 3 month guarantee to you. The placement fee for this package is 12% of the gross annual salary of your chosen candidate.
The Platinum Package
Platinum Package members will have exclusive access to all of the services offered to our Gold Package members. In addition, Platinum clients will receive a private, in-home meeting with a professional placement counselor. The best part of this package is that clients can rest assured knowing that their perspective employees have completed 4 hours of personalized Household Staff Training. This exclusive session is conducted by experienced trainers who are regarded as industry leaders in their respective fields. Our highly-skilled trainers help to ensure that your employees are knowledgeable, hard–working, and that they meet your every need.

Because your time and your loved ones are so valuable, if your employee doesn’t work out, for any reason, we will replace them without any additional cost. This is our 6 month guarantee. The placement fee for this package is 15% of the gross annual salary of your chosen candidate.
The Diamond Package
The Diamond Package provides an excellent opportunity for our clients who seek only the best in household services. This exclusive tier grants members access to all services available to Gold and Platinum members, and so much more! A private, in-home meeting with a professional placement counselor, step-by-step guidance through the Lexington Nannies employment process, and the personalized Household Staff Training session make this package all inclusive. The Diamond package comes with the added benefit of exclusive access to our trusted resources, services, and establishments who repeatedly offer amazing benefits and gifts to our diamond members.
This plan is perfect for you if you:

Because having the best and keeping the best is of the utmost importance, if your employee doesn’t work out, for any reason, we will replace them without any additional cost. This is our 12 month guarantee. The placement fee for this package is 18% of the gross annual salary of your chosen candidate.
The Search Process
1. Registration and Interview Process
At Lexington Nannies and Household Staffing our impeccable service begins with your first phone call. We will guide you through the process of finding your perfect domestic professional. The detailed phone consultation helps us identify the best candidates for your specific job. After our initial conversation, Lexington Nannies and Household Staffing wastes no time. We conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate and find our clients domestic professionals. After our comprehensive interview process, we contact you to discuss the details of the candidates which we feel would be the best match for your family. Once you have chosen the candidates that you want to meet with, we will set up initial interviews at your convenience. After the initial interviews, we suggest a 1or 2 day in-home working interview with the candidate(s) of your choice. This will offer you a way to get better acquainted and to see if the candidate is a good fit for your family.
2. Offer of Employment
Following a successful working interview, you have the option to extend an offer of employment or continue screening for new candidates. Once an offer has been made, Lexington Nannies and Household Staffing will start a series of complete and detailed background checks.
3. Background Checks
Your family’s peace of mind is of the utmost importance to us. We provide superior background checks for all of our domestic professionals before they start working in your home.
Our complete checks include:

• Sex Offender Search
If we are placing a childcare professional in your home, we will include the following:
