Our Nannies

We say "no" more than we say "yes." Why? Because our nannies must must meet the highest requirements and go through our specialzed background check and selection process before they may be considered for any of our families.

Minimum Requirements

• Legal to work in the United States

• Strong English communication skills

• At least 21 years of age

• Have a clean driving record

• Must own a safe and fully insured vehicle

• Have a minimum of three years professional nanny experience

• Stellar References from previous employers

• Infant/Child CPR certification

Additional Qualifications

Many of our families value additional qualifications. Some of these include:

• College Education (Child Development and Elementary Education degrees are highly desirable)

• Multiple language skills

• Teaching Experience
