Nanny Requirements

Lexington Nannies and Household Staffing takes great pride in representing domestic professionals. We have strict requirements which our nannies must meet, in order to be considered as a candidate.

Minimum Requirements
    • 3 years professional child care experience
    • Excellent references
    • Strong English communication skills
    • California Driver’s license and an insured vehicle
    • Infant/Child CPR certification (or willing to take a class)
    • Trustline Registered (or willing to register)
    • Ability to pass our pre-employment background checks
    • U.S. Work Authorization

Additional Qualifications
Many of our clients value additional qualifications. Some of these include:
